Program Structure
The course consists of one evening academic session and four boat dives.

- Deep diving activities and objectives
- Definition of deep diving and depth limits
- Deep diving equipment & techniques
- Nitrogen narcosis
- Decompression sickness
- Flying after diving, driving through mountains etc
- Recreational dive planner review
OW Dives
Dive #1
- Perform timed task
- Compare depth gauge readings
Dive #2
- Visual line descent
- Observe pressure affected objects
- Navigate away from and back to reference line
Dive #3
- Observe loss of colour at depth
- Physical tasks
- Stage Bottle Rigging (SBR)
Dive # 4
- Underwater tour
Requirements
- Student need to be at least 15 years old
- Hold an Advanced Open Water Certification or equivalent
